Returns

VivaVuva Returns

- Merchandise must be post marked within 14 days of receiving your package.
- Merchandise must be unworn and unwashed.
- Merchandise must have all tags attached, including any VivaVuva hangtags.
- Any merchandise marked "Final Sale" cannot be returned.
- Hair accessories, jewelry, underwear, swimwear and bodysuits cannot be returned.
- You may return most new, unopened items within 14 days of the post marked delivery date for a full refund.
- If the return is a result of our error such as you received an incorrect or defective item, VivaVuva shall pay for the return shipping costs.
- We are unable to honor previous sale prices or promotions when you place a new order - Shipping and handling charges will not be refunded.
- Include your packing slip or invoice.
- If you no longer have your invoice, you may print a copy from the My Account section of VivaVuva.com.  

We Do Not Accept Returns If: 

- The item(s) have been worn
- The item(s) have been washed
- The item(s) have been altered
- The item(s) do not have the original tags on them
- The item(s) were a Final Sale item
- The item(s) are in any way defective from the original and salable condition  

How Do I Return an Item(s)? 

1. Pack the unworn, unwashed and unaltered items with your original receipt - We cannot refund without the original receipt.
2. Write on the receipt which items you are returning and a brief description why. Mail your package to:

When Do I Get My Refund? 

Upon receiving your return, VivaVuva shall process your return within 10 business days from receiving your package. Items will be inspected and processed through our returns department. Refunds are not issued for worn, washed or altered items or for items that are Final Sale. Once approved for refund, VivaVuva shall process your return on the original credit card used for purchase. Please note, it may take your credit card processor 1 or 2 billing cycles for your credit to appear on your statement. A processing fee of $5.00 shall apply for your returned package.
